Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the work arrangements of designers (accept, distribute and collect [work orders]);
2. Assist in formulating and reviewing the design and implementation of [time advancement plan];
3. Responsible for tracking and supervising the time, drafts, and outputs of various design executions;
4. Responsible for participating in important customer business, design, creative and planning proposals;
5. Participate in important planning and creative meetings of various internal businesses;
6. Responsible for managing the materials for various businesses (clients);
7. Responsible for reviewing and signing the [work order] and the finished draft to which the design has been completed;
8. Responsible for reviewing and signing the design draft document submitted and output to clients in various businesses;
9. The work order for the rating should be processed according to the processes at the corresponding level;
10. Conduct quality control for the printing or inkjet printing of important or large-scale production projects;
11. Assist the creative director to train the designer and relevant planner and AE personnel in the knowledge of design technology;
12. In principle, participate in the case analysis meeting every week;
13. Be concerned about the ideological dynamics of department staff, observe, discover and solve the problems through communication, and report the problems that cannot be resolved.
Qualification requirements:
1. College degree or above in fine arts, graphic design or advertising or related field;
2. Have more than two years of experience in relevant work, and be able to independently complete the creative design of product;
3. Have a good professional quality, excellent creativity and strong expressive force;
4. Have a good foundation and a higher artistic accomplishment;
5. Have a high degree of enthusiasm and teamwork.
